About the Role
Associate Veterinarian | Part or Full-time | Middletown, NY | Leadership Opportunity (If Desired)
We are seeking a full-time or part-time Associate Veterinarian to join our well-established small animal practice in Middletown, NY. We are also open to an experienced veterinarian interested in exploring a leadership opportunity. Our collaborative, welcoming team is committed to providing high-quality medicine while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

- Supportive Team: With 2–3 dedicated team members per doctor, you’ll have the support you need to focus on your patients and practice high-quality medicine.
- Well-Equipped Facility: Our recently renovated hospital features 4 exam rooms, separate dental and surgical suites, digital and dental radiography, ultrasound, and an in-house IDEXX lab.
- Quality Medicine: We offer routine surgery and dentistry and work with visiting cardiology and orthopedic/advanced soft tissue specialists.
- Room to Grow: We currently see dogs and cats but would welcome a veterinarian interested in exotics or small mammals. Experienced veterinarians interested in mentorship and leadership can also help shape the future of the practice.
- Community Focused: We proudly work with local organizations including Middletown Humane Society and Dumped Stray Animal Rescue
What We Offer
- Base salary of $120,000–$150,000 for an experienced veterinarian working a 40-hour schedule
- Quarterly production bonus with no negative accrual
