Payment Options and Hospital Policies
Payment is due at the time services are rendered. If you have any special considerations regarding payment, please discuss this with the receptionist prior to seeing the doctor. We accept a variety of payment options, including cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and CareCredit.

Appointment Cancelation Policy
Effective March 2023, appointments must be confirmed by phone, email, or text by 12:00 pm on the business day prior to the scheduled visit. Any appointment that is not confirmed will be canceled in order to provide another client with the opportunity to schedule an appointment for their pet.
If you confirm an appointment and fail to show up on two or more occasions, then you will be added to a ‘wait list’ and not guaranteed your preferred appointment time in the future. While we appreciate that emergencies happen, we also ask that our clients be considerate not only of our time but also of other owners who are seeking care for their pets. We are only ever a phone call away!
